Senior Performance and CRM Manager
We are Creditspring, a new way of borrowing that focuses on its members and provides them with safe and efficient short-term financial products.
We're a fast-growing FCA-regulated consumer credit company. We have members, not customers and we take a lot of pride in that!
As one of the UK’s only subscription finance company in the market, we truly have a unique value proposition. Our mission is very clear; to improve the financial stability and resilience of our members. We do this through the products we provide, the partnerships we have, and our educational content. We want our members, and everyone in the UK to be able to better manage their finances and steer them away from high-cost, unregulated credit options.
About the role
We’re looking for an analytical and hands-on Senior Performance & CRM Manager to drive our digital growth engine. This key role sits within the Growth team, reporting to the Head of Marketing, and is responsible for leading our performance marketing strategy across paid channels while also building sophisticated CRM journeys to nurture leads and increase conversion.
This role is perfect for someone who’s equally comfortable scaling Meta/Google campaigns as they are building lifecycle strategies, user segments, and email/retargeting flows. You'll work closely with our analyst, comms, and design teams to orchestrate multi-channel customer journeys that fuel acquisition, engagement, and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Performance Marketing Ownership: Take full ownership of our paid acquisition channels (Meta, Google, and new platforms). Manage agency partners, define media strategy, build funnel-based campaign plans (top/mid/bottom), and continuously optimise for CAC, LTV, and ROAS targets
- CRM Strategy & Segmentation: Lead the planning and execution of lifecycle marketing campaigns, including recapture, reactivation, and nurture journeys. Define segments based on lead stage, intent, eligibility, and engagement behaviour in partnership with our analyst.
- Growth Funnel Design: Build and optimise the full funnel, from anonymous traffic to converted members. Scope targeting strategies, develop content briefs, and work with creative teams to launch personalised campaigns across paid and owned media.
- Channel Expansion & Testing: Explore and test new acquisition and lead nurturing channels (e.g. affiliates, display, new retargeting platforms). Run structured pilots with clear test-and-learn frameworks.
- Attribution & Measurement: Work with our analyst and Head of Marketing to design dashboards and frameworks to measure incremental impact, channel attribution, funnel drop-offs, and halo effects of ATL and brand campaigns.
- Creative Alignment: Brief and collaborate with internal designers and external agencies on paid campaign creatives. Align on messaging, segment targeting, and content formats across funnel stages.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with data, underwriting, compliance, and product teams to build campaigns that are accurate, compliant, and conversion-focused.
- New Partner Outreach: Support initial outreach and lead generation for new affiliate and broker partnerships, working closely with the Head of Marketing for negotiations and onboarding.
Who you are
- Experienced: 4–6 years of experience in growth/performance/CRM marketing roles, ideally in a fintech or consumer tech environment.
- Data-Savvy: You’re fluent in analysing campaign performance, slicing segments, and drawing actionable insights from funnel data.
- Channel Expert: Deep understanding of Meta and Google ad platforms, lifecycle marketing strategy, and email campaign logic.
- Hands-On: You’re willing and excited to get into the detail - from drafting test plans to QAing final creatives.
- Cross-Functional Communicator: Able to manage agencies, influence internal stakeholders, and work across technical and creative disciplines.
Don’t meet all the listed requirements? Research shows that women and people of underrepresented groups often don't apply for jobs unless they're 100% qualified. As an equal opportunities employer, we know that diversity is a key part of our teams' successes - so if your experience doesn’t fit perfectly but this role excites you, we’d love for you to apply. We’re committed to Creditspring being an inclusive environment where employees feel welcomed, valued and listened to; we want you to thrive as your true self.
