Senior Product Designer
We are Creditspring, a new way of borrowing that focuses on its members and provides them with safe and efficient short-term financial products.
We're a fast-growing FCA-regulated consumer credit company. We have members, not customers and we take a lot of pride in that!
As one of the UK’s only subscription finance company in the market, we truly have a unique value proposition. Our mission is very clear; to improve the financial stability and resilience of our members. We do this through the products we provide, the partnerships we have, and our educational content. We want our members, and everyone in the UK to be able to better manage their finances and steer them away from high-cost, unregulated credit options.
About the role
We’re looking for a thoughtful Product Designer to help us bring that mission to life. You’ll design experiences that support our members in building better habits, making informed choices, and feeling more in control of their finances. This is a hands-on role for someone who cares deeply about usability, clarity, and getting the details right.
Responsibilities
- Design clean, clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI for web and mobile
- Own small-to-mid sized features from idea to launch, working independently but collaboratively
- Use customer insight, data, and good judgement to inform design decisions
- Partner with product managers and engineers to build experiences that are practical and polished
- Work within and help evolve our design system
- Spot and solve usability issues before they become friction points
- Run lightweight tests and iterate based on feedback
- Communicate your thinking clearly and contribute to a healthy, open design culture
What you'll need to succeed
- 4–6 years of experience designing digital products
- Strong UX and visual design skills, with a sharp eye for detail
- Comfortable with tools like Figma and prototyping platforms
- Someone who thrives on solving real problems, not just making things look good
- Confident working independently, but collaborative by nature
- Curious, practical, and thoughtful about what creates real value for users
- Passion for making financial tools simpler, more human, and genuinely helpful
Don’t meet all the listed requirements? Research shows that women and people of underrepresented groups often don't apply for jobs unless they're 100% qualified. As an equal opportunities employer, we know that diversity is a key part of our teams' successes - so if your experience doesn’t fit perfectly but this role excites you, we’d love for you to apply. We’re committed to Creditspring being an inclusive environment where employees feel welcomed, valued and listened to; we want you to thrive as your true self.
